American Heart Association - Youth Market Director
> Description: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to
> their sales, customer service or project management experience to
> represent, manage, and market youth fund raising programs to teachers
> and administrators in Utah. You will be responsible for the sales and

> PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

> B. Ensures compliance with policies and objectives set by the Board

> C. Provides administration, direction and coordination of all

> coordinating publicity and marketing events
> updating program recruitment materials
> conducting site visits of member programs
> following up on quality assurance
> making presentations
> recruiting new members for the Partnership
> maintaining a display representing the Partnership
> maintaining the Partnership web site
> collecting and compiling Partnership data and writing reports
> planning and hosting activities, events and conferences for
> member agencies and their mentors/mentees.
> D. Reports regularly to the Board of Directors on Partnership
> and performance.
> E. Ensures completion of program goals and objectives; ensures
> compliance with state and federal regulations.
> F. Ensures that adequate funds are available to support the
> Partnership's mission and that the funds are properly allocated to
> both present and future needs. Activities may include such items as:
> developing, submitting and monitoring Partnership budget
> developing and submitting proposals and grant applications
> the Partnership
> developing and executing contractual arrangements with other
> parties as necessary.
> G. Selects, administers, coordinates, directs and evaluates staff and
> volunteers working directly with the Partnership, and maintains
> authority over all supportive personnel.
> H. Establishes linkages with the Provider Council and local mentoring
> I. Develops and fosters productive working relationships with
> significant resources, including other community-based providers,
> funders or potential funders, media, and organizations at the state,
