Odyssey House is seeking a part-time Clinician

Education/Experience/License Required:

Graduate degree in the mental health field. Must be independently 
licensed or qualify and partake in clinical supervision for independent 
licensure as deemed by the individual's profession.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired: 

Prior experience with individual, family, and group psychotherapy, 
treatment plan development, progress reports, case management, and 
discharge planning. Experience with computers, interacting with the 
public/collateral providers, and able to manage multiple tasks is 
necessary. Seeking an individual who is team-oriented, innovative, 
flexible, empathic, optimistic, solution-focused, and able to manage 
stress well and meet deadlines. Must clear a BCI and be certified in 
First Aid and CPR. Must complete orientation training and annual 
training requirements thereafter.


Functions of the Job:

   1. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy.
   2. Supervise residents.
   3. Documentation of client's progress.
   4. Routine clinical supervision with assigned clinical supervisor (if
   5. Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning of clinical disorders.
   6. Case management and Resident Mentor duties as assigned.
   7. Discharge/aftercare planning.
   8. Attend staff meetings.
   9. Able to work some evening shifts.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
