The Utah Food Bank is recruiting for Brown Bag/DROPS Coordinator.  This 
is a full-time permanent position. Normal days off are Saturday and 
Sunday.  The starting pay is $9.45 per hour. 
Job duties include:  build orders, ensure product is pulled for driver 
to load and deliver and coordinate deliveries for Brown Bag (Sr. 
Centers) and DROPS (direct distribution of perishable and surplus 
product to clients) programs; paperwork necessary to track inventory 
shipped, including work tickets and delivery forms for sites' 
signatures; maintain and collect data from program sites regarding 
people served and product distributed in proportion to people served; 
prepare monthly reports on above information; ensure product distributed 
is consumable; physically facilitate DROPS by traveling to scheduled 
sites, supervising volunteers and interacting with agencies and clients; 
inform Services Manager of problems and issues regarding programs; 
create and distribute monthly Brown Bag and DROPS calendars; assist with 
other team members' duties when needed.
Required qualifications are:  ability to work with diverse groups and 
individuals; flexibility to assist other team members; strong written 
and oral communication skills; assertive personality to be fair, firm 
and clear with clients and agencies; excellent conflict resolution 
skills; excellent organization skills; basic computer literacy in Excel 
and Word; and a valid Utah drivers license with clean driving record and 
reliable transportation.  Applicants will need to provide their MVR.
