  FT Volunteer Coordinator - Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Program, 
Utah County (Provo Area)
 
Position begins October 20
This is a Temporary full time position for the holiday season.
Salary = $14 hr.  40 hrs./wk. X 10 weeks
 
Responsibilities: 
Recruit, schedule, and supervise volunteers and volunteer groups to man 
Salvation Army Christmas Kettles on Fridays and Suturdays throughout 
Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, etc. for upcoming holiday season.
 
Meet with church groups, service clubs, employee groups, businesses, 
etc... in the Utah County area to communicate volunteer needs and 
schedule volunteers.
 
Supervise volunteers on-site in 20-30 locations. 
Support Kettle Coordinator in carrying of campaign to raise dollars to 
serve needy individuals through the ministries of The Salvation Army.  
 
PT Kettle Coordinator/Driver - Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Program
Utah County (Provo Area)
 
Position begins November 10
This is a temporary part time position for the holiday season.
Salary = $12 hr. approx. 20-25 hrs./wk. For 6-7 weeks
 
Responsibilities:
Work with local temporary agency to schedule temporary employees 
Mondays-Thurdays
To man Salvation Army Christmas Kettles at 20-30 locations throughout 
Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, etc. for upcoming holidays season
 
Prepare schedule for workers.  Assure that all temporary staff arrive on 
site for shifts.
Meet with store managers to obtain permission and arrange details.  
Serve as the liaison between the sites and the Salvation Army.
 
Arrange for pick-up of daily income from sites and drop-off at Salvation 
Army headquarters for processing/counting etc...
Oversee kettle campaign to raise dollars to serve needy individuals 
through the ministries of The Salvation Army.
