The Pete Suazo Business Center Board of Directors is seeking a dynamic 
individual with proven leadership qualities and vision to develop and 
oversee the Pete Suazo Business Center. This position reports to the 
Board and is responsible for oversight and management of the facility. 
Other duties with this position include: the administration and 
management of the budget, staff and service programs, coordinates 
strategic planning efforts that includes a work plan, a marketing plan, 
develops fund-raising strategies, develops partnerships with the 
business community, makes presentations at various community and 
business meetings.


Desired Skills: Bachelors Degree in business or public administration, 
communication or related fields, or substitutions on a year-for-year 
basis from an accredited university and four year previous experience in 
a business environment, sales and marketing, supervisory, management, 
planning, problem solving and consensus building skills; working with 
governmental agencies at the state or federal level in economic 
development, demonstrated ability to deal with multiple constituencies 
in a complex environment; strong oral, written, interpersonal, and 
computer skills.

Salary: $50,000
