                Human Resources Intern -
                 At Salt Lake City, UT Office, open from 08/22/2003
until filled

                 Description of Position
                  This position reports to: Associate Director, Human
                  Internship start date: September 1, 2003
                  Internship end date: February 28, 2003
                  Starting salary: $500/month
                  Seasonal employment status: up to 20 hrs/week

                  Primary Purpose of Position: To work on specific
projects and to assist in the daily
                  operations of the Human Resources Department, as
designated by the Associate
                  Director, Human Resources.

                 Job Responsibilities

                  ·On-line dataentry of resumes that are faxed or hard
copy submission
                  ·Assist with on-line resume data download as needed.
                  ·Conduct reference checks for seasonal staff
                  ·Assemble new employee files and packets
                  ·Assist with New Employee Orientation as needed
                  ·Assist with payroll timesheet management, check
stuffers, and payroll audit as
                  ·Other projects as requested by Associate Director,
Human Resources

                  ·Commute and work Volunteer/Staff check-in at Film
Festival Headquarters in Park
                  City (up to 3 days)
                  ·Commute and work in Park City HR office assisting in
collection of incident reports as
                  ·Other projects in Salt Lake as requested by Associate
Director, Human Resources

                  Festival Wrap-up
                  ·Seasonal employee evaluation process
                  ·Assist with seasonal employee exit process
                  ·Other projects as requested by Associate Director,
Human Resources

                 Job Qualifications

                  1.Must be currently enrolled in a College business
program, preferably with an
                  internship component. Preference will be given to HR
                  2.Must have intermediate to advance skills using MS
Word, Excel, Outlook and
                  database skills preferred.
                  3.Must be detail oriented, self auditing, self
starter, and display strong multi-tasking
                  4.Must have excellent verbal and written communication
                  5.Must display excellent customer service skills.
                  6.Prior office work experience prefered.
                  7.Prefer candidate that has completed a minimum of 1
HR specific class.
                  8.Display an enthusiasm for the Arts.

                  Problem Solving / Decision Making

                  This position will be exposed to privileged or
confidential information and Intern will
                  be required to treat the information in a confidential
and professional manner.
                  Decision making will remain within the realm of daily
Human Resources processes.
