  KCPW PUBLIC RADIO--210 East 400 South, Suite 10, Salt Lake City, Utah,


KCPW Public Radio in Salt Lake City, a subsidiary of Community Wireless 
of Park City, seeks a motivated and dynamic individual to serve as 
Development Director at our Denkers Studio on Library Square.

_Responsibilities include:_

    * Coordinating three annual fundraisers
    * Soliciting financial and premium donations from businesses and
      partnering organizations
    * Establishing and maintaining relationships with businesses and
      private donors
    * Addressing pledge drive related problems
    * Preparation of and generation of marketing and messaging materials
    * Managing volunteers and temporary staff for fundraisers
    * Coordinating community outreach efforts, biennial volunteer
      parties, and KCPW member events, etc.


    * Two years experience in nonprofit development
    * Bachelor's degree required
    * Computer proficiency and familiarity with new technologies
    * Experience with FileMaker Pro or similar donation database
    * Outstanding customer service skills
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Commitment to KCPW's goals, mission statement, and overall success
    * Ability to work overtime during pledge drives (approximately four
      weeks per year)
    * Consistent and reliable attendance
