Programs Officer for Park City Education Foundation
PROGRAMS OFFICER (25 hours per week; 260 contract days)
To work as Park City Education Foundation's staff liaison to volunteer committees for grant distribution and assessment. Markets grant opportunities to teachers and other members of the PCSD. Works with potential and current grantees and committee members to ensure that PCEF support programs foster innovation, align with the PCSD district learning plan, have defined and measurable goals, and have a direct and/or indirect impact on student achievement. Manages grant logistics throughout the grant cycle. Will be responsible for streamlining the assessment process.

2 years program management experience, preferably in youth, community, or education programs. College degree required. Must have excellent computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel, email and internet, and a general understanding of database usage. The Program Officer will need the ability to negotiate diverse personalities and speak in front of groups.
Based on the 2014 - 2015 Classified Salary Schedule - $14.42 - $18.26 per hour depending on experience; plus the CSA and pro-rated RHTA.
Communications Specialist for Park City School District
COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (12 hours per week; 260 contract days)
To coordinate external communications for Park City School District to parents and the community. The position is responsible for disseminating clear, accurate and timely information to engage PCSD's many stakeholders.

Salary is based on the Classified Salary schedule ($14.42 - $18.26 per hour) depending on past related work experience, plus the CSA and a pro-rated RHTA.
