Manager, Program -
Campus Visit and Events Manager
Reporting to the Assistant Director for the Campus Experience provides leadership for and primary responsibility for the campus tours/visits and on-campus recruitment and yield programs. Responsible for planning and the implementation of campus visitation programs and on-campus recruitment/yield events that range in size from a few dozen to several thousand.

Manager, Program -
Assistant Director for Outreach
The Outreach team within the Office of Admissions is responsible for ensuring that students who may not be reached through traditional recruitment activities are aware of the opportunities that exist at the University of Utah. This includes, but is not limited to the following populations: 1) 9-12 grade underrepresented racial/ethnic minority; 2) women; 3) transfer, 4) Veteran/military; and 4) K-8 early outreach to ensure a pipeline of academically talented and diverse students. The Assistant Director is a member of the Outreach & Campus Experience team and is an integral member of the Office of Admissions professional staff charged with recruiting, selecting, and yielding the freshman and transfer classes. Additionally, this position is in a key role to help others learn more about the changing demographics of the college-going population, and our imperatives to serve all students well. These priorities include all forms of diversity, including, but not limited to, race and ethnicity, multiracial/multiethnic, transfer, LGBT identity, non-traditional students, gender and cognitive and/or physical disabilities.

Manager, Administrative -
Assistant Director for the Campus Experience
The Assistant Director is a member of the Outreach & Campus Experience (OCE) team within the Office of Admissions and manages the Welcome Center; directs and manages the University Ambassador program; and supervises the campus visit and events manager and office assistant. The Welcome Center serves as the primary point of contact for the Office of Admissions, serving as first stop for admissions presentations, campus tours, group tours and visits. It is the main point of inquiry for questions regarding campus visits and tours, recruitment events and programs, domestic freshman and transfer admissions processing, and other related matters about admission to the University of Utah via telephone, email and in person.
