This position assists in the collection and review of film and digital media industry data, preparation of
reports, and compilation of data from a variety of sources. This position will also research states with
applicable and relevant programs and schedule visits for Utah representatives.
This position is a temporary, full time benefitted position
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
Analyze, summarize and/or review data; report findings, interpret results and/or make
Collect data and review research materials, determine accuracy and validity of sources and
appropriateness for use
Write or draft technical reports, articles or related material based on research, investigation or
travel arrangements, conference registrations, etc.
Arranges conferences and meetings. Prepares agenda, notifies participants, arranges luncheons,
ensures proper seating, handles all associated details. Develops background information and
composes drafts of introductions to be presented by the director
Review and process payments for all travel reimbursement requests
Ensure that agency travel requests are in accordance with State and agency policies
Review airline, ground transportation and lodging rates and cross reference government rates
Other tasks as assigned.
