Customer Complaints and Product Vigilance:

This role will assist in Customer Complaint Investigations / adverse event reporting, and Supplier Complaint Management to ensure conformance to industry practices, regulatory requirements and established company procedures for pharmaceutical complaint handling. This individual will have a strong background in product quality complaints and will be expected to lead and manage the complaint management program and complaint specialists while simultaneously balancing business, technical and quality issues and driving improvements to the overall site complaint program. Additionally, this individual is required to stay abreast of the latest complaint guidelines and regulatory expectations.

Job Duties:


  *   Maintain databases related to complaints,  (adverse event), vigilance reports and device failure investigations.
  *   Maintain department complaint and adverse event files.
  *   Review customer service complaint information upon receipt for accuracy and completeness.
  *   Facilitate the timely completion of customer complaint investigations
  *   Review complaint investigation forms and supporting customer communication as required to close complaints in a timely manner
  *   Analyze complaint handling and adverse event trending data. Prepares complaint handling metrics and trending reports for Sr. Management review on a monthly basis. Assists with compilation of complaint handling data for Management Reviews.
  *   Interact with cross-functional teams to obtain information pertinent to the complaint investigation.
  *   Participate as a team member in complaint related investigations/CAPAs. May be a key participant in audits performed by regulatory bodies (FDA, Notified Body).
  *   Ensure employees under your scope of responsibility are trained in required procedures and maintain current with training requirements during the year.
  *   Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and KPI score cards using business intelligence report tools (i.e. SSRS, PowerBI, or Tableau).
  *   Provide training and assistance on optimal data collection and presentation techniques.
  *   Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement, CAPA issuance, or recognition of outstanding performance.
  *   Propose and develop systems that will optimize quality data analysis.

Skills Required:


  *   Knowledge and experience with applicable FDA regulatory requirements and Quality Management Systems for OTC/pharma is required
  *   Must be accurate, attentive to details, creative, innovative, and must understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, QSRs (Quality System Regulations), FDA 21 CFR part 210-211 and other government regulations and have a thorough understanding of cGMPs for medical devices
  *   Strong technical, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
  *   LEAN problem solving and standard work exposure preferred
  *   Experience in writing and reviewing of GMP Documents
  *   Evidence of knowledge and use of Investigation tools and processes

Experience/Schooling or Degree Required:


  *   Minimum of 4 years of quality experience in an OTC/pharma company. Specific experience in managing complaint handling processes is highly desirable
  *   Experience should include close working relationships with Manufacturing, formulations and laboratories
  *   Experience interacting with internal/external auditors is a plus
  *   Experience with electronic document control systems is desirable
  *   Understands relational database design, query languages, and optimizes queries for best performance.
  *   Experience with SQL, MDX, DAX, and R programming languages.
  *   Experience in applying root cause analysis and statistical tools for quality improvements (e.g., Pareto, Histograms, Ishikawa/Cause and Effect/Fishbone diagrams, CpK, control charts, DOE, Statistical Sampling, Affinity Diagrams, Flowchart, FEMA, Quality Audit).
  *   Excellent organization skills and ability to work on multiple projects under tight timelines.
  *   Excellent attention to detail, and ability to consistently meet high standards of quality.


 Marketing Assistant

Ultradent is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Global Marketing team in South Jordan, UT. As the Marketing Assistant you will work closely with brand managers conducting market research, providing analytical data, answering inquiries and supporting all aspects of brand marketing. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of resourcefulness, a positive, customer-friendly attitude, creativity and be a driven and detail-oriented individual.

Job duties include, but not limited to:

  *   Market research
  *   Reporting, data analysis

  *   Placing orders/shipping orders

  *   Experience with SharePoint and Oracle is a plus
